Maltese Bread Chicken Burger (Chef Jon)

 2 small Maltese hobza

 200g Grated Cheddar Cheese

 200g Grated Mozarella 

 4 Dewfresh Chicken Burger with Cornflake Coating 

 50g Butter 

 1 tsp Dry Flaked Onion 

 1 tsp Dried Parsley 

Ready Wernsing Oven Chips to Serve 


1. Bake or Shallow Fry the burger until crispy

 2. Cut the Hobza in half 

3. Combine the melted butter, dry flaked onion and parsley and brush the bread 

4.Place the burger on the bread, then cheese, and put another burger on top.

5.Close the burger and wrap tightly in aluminium foil.

6.Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. 

7. Serve with fries.
