Cumberland Sausage and Bean Stew (the Maltese Foodie)

Ingredients
1 pkt Dewfresh Cumberland Sausages
1/2 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried chilli
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin kidney beans
1 pkt salted tortilla chips
Method
1) Cut the Cumberland sausages into small bites and start cooking them.
2) Whilst cooking the Cumberland sausages, roughly chop onion and crush garlic.
3) Add onion, garlic and dried chilli to the same pan with tbsp of olive oil. Gently soften.
4) Drain kidney beans. Add kidney beans, baked beans and tomatoes to pan.
5) Gently cook mixing from time to time until the sauce thickens
6) Serve with tortilla chips & enjoy ❤️
