Cheesy Mince and Breaded Onion Rings

– 1 pkt Dewfresh ground beef
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 sachet mushroom soup
– 1 carrot, chopped
– 1 can of peas (you can use frozen)
– Some slices of your favourite cheese
– 1 pkt Golden Bridge Golden Onion Rings
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2) In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and carrots over medium high heat.
3) Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
4) Add the mushroom soup sachet and add water.
5) Once everything is simmering add the peas and stir to combine.
6) Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and top with the cheese. Arrange the Onion Rings in an even layer on the top.
7) Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through, the cheese has melted, and the onion rings are golden brown.
