Crescent Dog Twists

6 Dewfresh Frankfurters
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg lightly beaten with
1 tbsp water
ketchup or other dipping sauces optional
- Preheat oven to 180oC degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat.
- Cut Frankfurters in half and skewer. Make the twist by running a sharp knife tip in a spiral pattern 3/4-inch apart. Repeat for other Frankfurters.
- Break off some crescent roll dough and roll into a 1/2-inch tail. Press into the space on the twist using your fingers. Repeat.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the twist is golden brown. Serve with optional dipping sauce and enjoy!
