- Start off by cutting the smoked back bacon into strips, and cook it until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and cook the onion.
- Once the onion is cooked through, add the bacon back to the pan and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Let everything simmer until all the ingredients are combined to a jam-like consistency.
- Meanwhile, cook the Chicken Burgers in the oven and fry the eggs.
