Ingredients
2 DewFresh Gourmet Burgers
4 (large) DewFresh Pork n’ Beef Sausages
2-4 slices DewFresh Smoked Collar Bacon
2 Brioche Buns
2 slices Cheddar
Lettuce
1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
BBQ Sauce
Burger Sauce (or Mayo)
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
Method
- Fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet in little olive oil over medium heat.
- Remove the casing from the sausages.
- When the bacon is done, remove it and keep it in a warm place.
- Fry the sausages for a couple of minutes on one side.
- Flip the sausages and gently, but firmly smash them down.
- Flip over for another minute and remove from the heat.
- Follow with the burgers, and cook them to your liking.
- Add some cheddar before removing from the skillet.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly in the skillet.
- Combine the burgers by spreading some burger sauce or mayo onto the buns.
- Follow with the lettuce, burger, onion, sausages, BBQ sauce, and bacon.
- Add a couple of tomatoes if you like.
- For the air-fried skin-on fries, simply wash the potatoes well.
- Cut them into fries and season well with salt.
- Spray some oil on top and air-fry them for about 25 minutes at 180°c
- Serve the burger with the fries, and dig in!
