Ingredients

Makes 6 waffles

12 pcs @dewfreshmalta Southern Fried Chicken Dippers

For the sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Schwartz garlic powder
1 tsp Schwartz sweet paprika
½ tsp Schwartz chili flakes or powder
½ tsp Schwartz salt
¼ tsp Schwartz black pepper

For the waffles
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cups milk
2 eggs
¼ cup butter
½ tsp Schwartz Salt
Schwartz Garlic Powder
Schwartz Parsley

Method
  1. Start by cooking the Chicken Dippers in the airfryer.
  2. In the meantime, start making the waffle batter by combining the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, parsley, milk, eggs, and butter. Add to the blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the batter to the pre-heated waffle maker, and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. To make the sauce, mix together the butter, honey, garlic powder, sweet paprika, chili flakes, salt and black pepper. Cook in a small pan over medium-low heat.
  5. Assemble the waffles with the chicken dippers, and drizzle the sauce on top. Serve with a fresh side salad, dig in and enjoy!
